Our secret favourite is the organic apricot salt. Inspired by regular short trips to South Tyrol, we rave about this delicious fruity apricot. In combination with the bright blue cornflower and a touch of rose petals, the apricot salt gives every dish the visual icing on the cake. The sweet and sour taste is underlined by the orange peel. The South Tyrolean apricot is natural and has been processed without any antioxidants (such as sulphur dioxide). Enjoy our favourite salt!
